Fall 2026 Tryouts:
- Tentatively to be held on August 10-11 from 3:30-5pm on the PHS Grass
- Practices will start on 8/12. Practices are every day after school from 3:30-5pm on the PHS Grass

POTENTIAL FEES
Registration fee paid to the school is approximately $200. The School Registration fee covers fields, referees, port a potty etc.Â
Team fee (separate from registration fee) paid through a link is approximately $150-$250 and covers practice jerseys, warm up jerseys, balls, captain bands, pinnies, nets, new goals, etc.

COACH BIO’S
HEAD VARSITY COACH
Pat LaPorta – 4th Season

This is my 6th year coaching at Ponderosa. I started coaching with the Boys JV team in 2021, was the Assistant Coach for the Boys Varsity team in 2022, and am also the Girls Varsity Head Coach since 2026. I played at PHS from 2007-2011, and went on to play DII soccer at Colorado Mesa University from 2011-2015.
At CMU
    •   Team finished #4 in nation, reaching the DII National Semi-Final in 2014.
    •   RMAC tournament champions 2013, regular season league champions 2014
At PHS
    •   2 All-League selections in 2009 & 2010 , All-State honorable mention in 2010.Â
Josh Fleischer – 4th Season
- Played for PHS from 2006-2010. Went on to play at Otero Junior College.
Adam Rowland – 3rd Season
- Played for PHS from 2009-2013. Team reached 4A Semi-Finals during his time with program.
Kyle Snyder – 2nd Season
